RESEARCH AREA: Environmental microbiology and microbial engineering
A variety of microbial species coexist in the natural environment and interact with each other, building an advanced network society. Understanding bacterial unique multi-cellular communities is highly significant from clinical, agricultural, industrial and ecological perspectives. We explore how microbes interact each other and develop a new strategy to control microbial communities.
